1. Either schedule a surgical/ dental consultation appointment with your veterinarian or let your Vet know during any annual exam or general wellness exam that you are interested in a surgical/ dental procedure. 

2. At your consultation appointment. The Doctor and your technician will create a personalized estimate for your pet.

3. If you and your family approve of the estimate provided. We will need either verbal or written authorization that you would like to move forward with the surgery/dental. After which, your pet will be placed on our surgical call back waitlist.

4. After you approve the estimate, you wait for a call back from our surgical coordinator to help you schedule your pet's surgery/ dental.

5. After you have been scheduled, you will be sent instructions on what to expect for the day of your pet’s procedure. 

6. For all surgery/ Dental procedures we ask that the morning of, you drop your pet off between 8:00 and 8:30 so that our surgery staff can get ready for the day.
