Our Covid-19 protocols and business operations are subject to change as the state and county Covid-19 protocols change.
In-person exams are now allowed, but we will continue curbside service for technician appointments and rehabilitation sessions. We will continue to perform curbside exams if the owner requests it.
Owners may come inside to check in for appointments. Owners can wait either in the lobby or just outside the clinic in the waiting area under the awning until we are ready to room them.
Masks are required inside the building.
If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment and stay home.
We will also continue to refill your prescriptions including heart worm and flea preventatives and any maintenance medications as usual, however, due to the reduction in staff, prescription refills and online pharmacy requests may take up to 72 hours to process. Please plan ahead so we may have your medications ready to pick up when you need them.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We intend to continue expanding our service offerings as soon as possible, while doing everything we can to maximize the safety of our staff, clients and the community. We are committed to providing the best care in the safest way possible during these uncertain times.
